Telememo stores up to 25 names and phone numbers directly on the watch — up to 8 characters for the name and 12 digits for the number — and sorts them automatically. It predates smartphones, but it still earns its place: emergency contacts, a hotel number abroad, or anything you want readable without a charged phone in your hand.
How does the day counter work?
You set a target date anywhere between 1 January 1950 and 31 December 2049, give it a label of up to 8 characters, and the watch counts down the days from today. A mark appears on the display when the date arrives. You can hold 5 of these at once.
Can I swim with it?
Yes. 200-metre (20 BAR) water resistance covers swimming, snorkelling and recreational water sports. It is not rated for saturation diving. Avoid operating the buttons while the watch is submerged.
Will it fit a smaller wrist?
The band adjusts from 135mm to 200mm, which is a wider range than most and reaches further down than the compact G-SHOCK models. The case is 42.6mm wide and 16.4mm thick, so it has some height to it — the BG-169 is a chunky round shape by design rather than a flat one.
How is BABY-G different from G-SHOCK?

How long does the battery last, and can I get it replaced?

Can the resin band be shortened?
The resin band is a buckle-and-holes design covering 135mm to 200mm with no tooling required. Unlike a metal bracelet there are no links to remove, so there is no in-store sizing step — set it to the hole that fits and you are done.
