Cervus Automatic Watches
Every current Cervus watch uses an automatic mechanical movement powered through the motion of the wearer's wrist.
Unlike a conventional quartz watch, the movement stores mechanical energy in a mainspring and does not require a disposable battery for timekeeping.
Manual Winding & Stop-Seconds
Current Cervus watches use a Japanese automatic calibre that supports both automatic and manual winding.
The movement provides approximately 42 hours of running time when fully wound and also includes a stop-seconds function for more precise time setting.
Powered by Motion
As Cervus is worn, a weighted rotor inside the watch turns with wrist movement and winds the mainspring.
If the watch is left unworn long enough for the stored energy to run down, simply wind or wear the watch again and reset the time to restart the mechanical movement.
