RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

By making a purchase on our website, you agree that any approved returns or refunds will be processed as store credit, which will be issued to your account. This store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are subject to management approval.

Sales promotional items, limited edition items, and clocks are non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it accordingly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including clocks, promotional or sale items, limited edition items, and items that have been customised or altered to suit you (e.g. bracelet adjustment, hole punching of leather straps, or other personal modifications).

Gift cards are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product within 7 days of receipt, the replacement item must be of equivalent or higher value. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the replacement item is of a lower value than the original product, the difference in value will be forfeited.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your return has been approved.

Approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit, which will be added to your account once the return has been processed and approved. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used towards future purchases on our website.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.
