Can I swim with it?
Seiko's guide for 5 bar watches allows accidental splashes, rain, showers and swimming. It does not allow bathing or diving. Do not wash the watch while the crown is pulled out, and rinse with fresh water after ocean use. Water resistance is not permanent, so have it checked regularly.
